SESSION RESCHEDULING POLICY
You can reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before of the start date/time.
Rescheduling a booked session any time after or within the 24 hours from the start time will require reschedule fee. fee amount will depend on session length.
• 5 hours and under = $50
• 6-8 hours = $75
• 9-12 hours = $100
Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days from date booked, or re-booked at half price up to 60 days from the original 30.
